The Role:

Based in Thebarton SA, this role partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver initiatives that support our people strategy, strengthen culture and drive capability development. You’ll play a key role in:

• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
• WGEA reporting and programs
• Building Equality Policy implementation
• Capability and leadership development
• Capability assessment programs
• Early career programs
• Industry partnerships, networks and workgroups
• Supporting broader P&C initiatives, projects and cyclical activities
• Providing Business Partner support

About You:

As our ideal candidate you will have:

• Demonstrated human resources/people and culture generalist/ organisational development experience
• Demonstrated experience in Capability and Development, and Early Careers Programs
• Proactive and solution focused approach to challenges
• Business acumen and experience with a variety of industries is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, and relevant workplace legislation, and regulations.
